Berlin Pride Attack Suspect Killed by Police After Manhunt
German police shot and killed Abdul Ballout, 21, the suspect in a vehicle ramming at Berlin’s Pride event and a subsequent knife rampage, after he reportedly rushed officers with a knife in Spandau. The Saturday night attack at Tiergarten park left at least one person dead and 16 to dozens injured. Police said Ballout had links to Islamist circles and there was a “strong suspicion” of terrorism.
