Liberia: Mental Illness On the Increase

[New Dawn]Mental illness (anguish) is reported to be on the increase in the aftermath of the Liberia's long years of conflict. An Assistant Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Torbor Nyansuah, diagnosed the problem affecting the society at the close of a 2-day seminar for health reporters in Liberia. He said there were many Liberians currently suffering from such disease (mental illness), emphasizing the need for a quick response.
