Dennis Oland's lawyer tells Appeal Court that jury's murder verdict 'unreasonable'
Wednesday, 19 October 2016 () The jury's verdict at Dennis Oland's murder trial was "unreasonable," given the Crown's "totally circumstantial" case and "speculative" statements, defence lawyer Alan Gold says during closing arguments at the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.
