China Readying New Standards for EVs for 2014Since EVs have additional safety concerns, as opposed to regular cars, the Chinese Automotive Engineering Research Institute is hard at work for new national standards for such vehicles. At the moment, they are working on developing specific crash test scenarios, ones which better suit the different requirements of EVs.
