GM to invest $200M in Pontiac powertrain center
(AP) — General Motors says it will spend $200 million on a new testing facility at its Pontiac, Mich., engine and transmission engineering headquarters. When the expansion is finished, GM will move development work from facilities in Castleton, Ind., Wixom, Mich., Torrance, Calif., and Warren, Mich.
