Obama administration extends health care sign-up deadline

Tuesday, 29 October 2013

The Obama administration on Monday granted a six-week extension to the deadline for Americans to sign up for health care coverage, WJLA.com reported. The deadline is now March 31 as the website continues to be plagued with issues. The move had been expected since White House spokesman Jay Carney promised quick action last week to resolve a "disconnect" in the implementation of the law.
