Airbnb, Uber, Twitter lead tech pack in pay, trumping Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon

Tech startups that are offering equity in their companies are paying far more for even junior tech talent than more established names in the field, a new study from compensation data provider Paysa shows. The Information reports that Paysa's data found that Airbnb is leading the pack in pay, doling out an average compensation of $312,000, followed by $292,000 at Uber and $290,000 at Twitter (NASDAQ: TWTR).
