St. Louis Blues' Berglund buys Clayton condo for $1.1 million

Patrik Berglund, a center for the St. Louis Blues, purchased a condominium in Clayton for $1.06 million last May. The seller was the Joseph L. Bauer Jr. and Cheryl A. Bauer Trust. In February, Berglund signed a five-year contract for $19.5 million to remain with the Blues for the next five years, according to the NHL. The Blues drafted Berglund in the first round back in 2006.
