British actress Kate Winslet has tied the knot with her third husband, Richard Branson's nephew Ned RocknRoll, in a secret ceremony in New York

NEW YORK -- Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet has married for the third time, media reported on Thursday. The 37-year-old British actress was given away by her Titanic co-star Leonardo DiCaprio in a secret, intimate service in New York attended by just a dozen close friends and family.

Her husband, 34-year-old Ned RocknRoll, who changed his name from Abel Smith, is the nephew of music and aviation tycoon Sir Richard Branson. Reportedly the couple first met at Sir Richard's Caribbean retreat Necker Island in August 2010, and have been engaged since the summer.

RocknRoll currently works for Sir Richard's space tourism company Virgin Galactic.
