The appointment of Chrystia Freeland as the country's top diplomat could signal the Trudeau government's abandonment of warmer relations with Moscow, say experts. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau shuffled his cabinet on Tuesday appointing the outspoken critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin to head Global Affairs Canada.
