Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said that he was calling for a vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act, often called Obamacare, even without an immediate replacement after the latest effort at passing health care legislation failed on Monday night, according to CNBC. "Regretfully, it's now apparent that the effort to repeal and immediately replace the failure of Obamacare will not be successful," McConnell said in a statement.
