Poll:  Americans Supporting Trump Impeachment Grows To 40 Percent, NBC News ReportsNBC News is reporting a new poll shows four in 10 Americans now support impeaching President Donald Trump, a 10-point jump in the last six months. The survey, from the Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI), found 40 percent of Americans – including three-quarters of Democrats, but just seven percent of Republicans – back impeaching the president and removing him from office, the report said. In February, the last time the poll was taken, 30 percent of those surveyed said they supported the move. Meanwhile, Trump’s overall favorability rating in the poll stands at 38 percent favorable, 56 percent unfavorable, the report said. The PRRI survey was conducted August 2-8, before last weekend's...
