Consumers may not receive benefit of GST rate cut just yet

Consumers and manufacturers alike are pleased that the GST Council on Friday reduced tax rates on washing powder, detergent, shampoo, shaving items, deodorant, chocolate, chewing gum, marble and granite among other items.
