Intoxicated Navy Veteran Arrested In New York Crash

VOA News Friday, 19 May 2017
Authorities in New York say a deadly car crash Thursday in the city's Times Square was not linked to terrorism. A suspect was arrested for slamming into a crowd of pedestrians and was likely intoxicated. Witnesses were rattled by the incident, but still went on with their business as usual. Zlatica Hoke reports.
