Ashley girls and Hoke boys claim Brogden Championship
Source: WWAY Wilmington, NC The Leon Brogden Holiday Basketball Tournament wrapped up on Saturday at UNCW. Ashley High School claimed the first ever girls championship. The Eagles beat Laney 39-37. While it was an in-town team taking home the girls tourney, Hoke County beat Hoggard 60-49 to win the boys championship.
