Gareth Southgate named new England manager as he signs four-year deal and says: 'Getting the job is one thing, now I want to do it successfully'The 46-year-old has been in interim charge since replacing Sam Allardyce in September. Southgate helped to oversee two wins and a draw in the autumn qualifying games.
