Apple iPhone 8 manufacturing faces delay, will come without Touch ID sensor: Report
Friday, 8 September 2017 () We’re just a few days away from the momentous iPhone event where Apple will possibly unveil the iPhone 8, iPhone 7s, and iPhone 7s Plus. Of the lot, the iPhone 8 is the highlight of a radical design change and top notch features. In line with past rumors, the iPhone 8 is reportedly facing manufacturing issues and will ship at a later time than the usual schedule. According to a report by The Wall Street Journal (via Tech Crunch), the manufacturing process for the iPhone 8 has been delayed by a month now. The reason behind this delay is said to be due to the process of integrating OLED displays on the iPhone 8 with the Touch ID embedded underneath it.
