Two killed, four injured in Taunton crash

An early morning car crash in Taunton has left two people dead and four injured, according to the Taunton Police Department. When police responded to the crash on Bay Street at about 12:26 a.m., they had to remove the driver and five passengers from the two-door 2001 Honda Accord with the Jaws of Life, according to a statement from the Taunton Police Department. Two passengers were taken to Morton Hospital in Taunton, where they were pronounced dead.
