The National Hockey League lockout can certainly be viewed as a gain for the Western Hockey League, said Saskatoon Blades owner Jack Brodsky.
With no professional hockey for the foreseeable future, fans are certainly going to be looking to get their hockey fix and what better way than to check out some junior hockey, said Brodsky.

“We’re not happy there’s a lockout, but we want to capitalize on it for ourselves,” said Brodsky.  “We want to provide a great brand of hockey.
