No one person likely to blame for federal pay system debacle, says bureaucrat

OTTAWA — A senior federal bureaucrat says it's unlikely that any single person will be held accountable for the government's failed employee pay system.

And Marie Lemay, deputy minister of Public Services and Procurement Canada, says she expects the costs of dealing with the pay problems to bleed into the new fiscal year.
