MOSCOW (Reuters) - A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. counterpart Donald Trump at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Vietnam this week is "highly likely," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.
