Transurban Rejects Unsolicited Offer From Canada, Ontario Pension Funds

Nov. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Transurban Group said it has rejected
an unsolicited takeover offer from Canada Pension Plan
Investment Board and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
