Firepower boss Tim Johnston has reportedly flown back to Australia, forcing a scramble by authorities to prevent him leaving the country again.
The corporate watchdog, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, has applied to the Federal Court to prevent Mr Johnston leaving the country, and was last night trying to alert every Australian airport
