Minsheng Investors Agree to Buy $700 Million of H Shares, Standard Reports

4 (Bloomberg) -- China Minsheng Banking Corp.

investors include Ping An Insurance (Group) Co., China Overseas
Land & Investment Ltd., Zijin Mining Group Ltd., Taiwan
supermarket chain RT-Mart and three Hong Kong tycoons, the
Standard said, citing unidentified people familiar with the
matter.
Each of the investors will acquire about $100 million
of H shares, according to the report.
