Dalai Lama to Visit Tibet Border Where Exile Began, Straining India Ties

Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The Dalai Lama will arrive this
weekend in the mountainous region of northeastern India where he
first crossed into exile 50 years ago to begin a visit that has
stirred a border dispute between India and China.
