King Yuan Electronics Company (KYEC) has estimated revenues to grow by up to 5% sequentially in the fourth quarter of 2009, while maintaining a 60-65% utilization rate. The IC testing firm attributed the slight growth to a continued pickup in demand for graphics chips and niche memory.
