Senate Leader Reid Won't Commit to Passing Health Overhaul Bill This Year

Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry
Reid wouldn’t commit to passing an overhaul of the U.S. health-
care system this year, saying the chamber will take the time it
needs to produce “quality legislation.”
