  Rankings boost for Westwood

Lee Westwood took top spot in the European Tour Race to Dubai rankings and climbed into the world's top 10 following his Portugal Masters victory.The Worksop star ended his two-year drought and overtook Rory McIlroy in the battle to be crowned Europe's No 1 player at the end of the season. Scotland's Martin Laird closed in on a top 100 spot in the world standings with his play-off win in Las Vegas.Westwood had doubtsLee Westwood revealed he was plagued by self doubt after a drought of over two years without a title.But the 36-year-old Englishman ended the run with a two-shot victory at the Portugal Masters over the weekend.The Worksop putter said: "It was nice to finish it off - you never know when the next win is going to come and you start to question yourself.
