... Meanwhile, Mrs. California has been using her platform to push an issue of her own. She's not making headlines like Carrie Prejean, the local resident and ex-Miss California USA who was stripped of her crown after speaking out against gay marriage, but Giselle Uffens of Rancho Peñasquitos is making the most of the title she won last month.
