Lt. Cone: Army family 'deeply mourns' Fort Hood victims

(NECN: Fort Hood, Texas) - Lt. General Robert Cone, the post commander at the Ford Hood, Texas, Army base spoke at a memorial service this afternoon.
"Today we gather to mourn the loss of 13 American heroes," said Cone. "They ranged in age from 19 to 62, three were women, 10 were men."
The 13 were slain in a shooting rampage at the Army base last week. 29 others were wounded.
"Our Army family deeply mourns the loss of your loved ones," said Cone.
