Bomdilla (Arunachal Pradesh), Nov 7, Buddhist singing monk Ngawang Tashi Bapu, nominated for a Grammy award in 2006, is a busy man - rehearsing hymns to welcome Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama.
