 Geneva, Oct 22 (ANI): In a major shocker, Lance Armstrong has been stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and banned for life today after the International Cycling Union (UCI) ratified the United States Anti Doping Agencys (USADA) sanctions. UCI President Pat McQuaid confirmed the ratification. Once widely accepted as one of the greatest cyclists of all time, Armstrong was reported by USADA, to have been involved in the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program sport has ever seen.
