Natalie Portman has joined the growing list of women in Hollywood who have spoken out about the unfair gender pay gap. For the romantic comedy "No Strings Attached," Portman says co-star Ashton Kutcher was paid three times as much as her. The actress explained, “I knew and I went along with it because there’s this thing with ‘quotes’ in Hollywood. His was three times higher than mine, so they said he should get three times more. I wasn’t as pissed as I should have been." She went on to say that female actresses are paid 30 cents to the dollar compared to me, while in most professions, women make 80 cents to the dollar.
