Over three days David Colley, the longest serving director general of the infamous Mile 2 prison, appeared before the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission in Gambia. Colley's time is remembered as one of death, torture, illegal detention and poor treatment of prisoners. But he had a hard time coming to terms with it.
