Zimbabwe: Harare Residents Reject 'Unconstitutional' Provincial Development Coordinator's Office

[New Zimbabwe] Harare metropolitan residents have rejected to recognise the office of the Development Coordinator (PDC) headed by Tafadzwa Muguti saying its establishment was against the country's Constitution.
