Africa: Rwandan Genocide Fugitive Kayishema Appears in Court

[DW] Former Rwandan police officer Fulgence Kayishema, accused of ordering the killing of around 2,000 Tutsis during the 1994 genocide, has appeared before a South African court. He was on the run for more than two decades.
