Appeal court orders retrial of HIV-positive Ottawa man convicted of attempted murder

Ontario's Court of Appeal has quashed three convictions and ordered the retrial of an Ottawa man who was convicted of attempted murder in 2012 after failing to disclose his HIV-positive status to sex partners.
