Hong Kong police arrest 230 protesters as Carrie Lam vows to overhaul 'liberal' education system

Police in Hong Kong on Monday said they arrested 230 people this weekend taking part in pro-democracy protests, as Chief Executive Carrie Lam vowed to reform the city's education system, which she says helped fuel last year's huge demonstrations.
