Ram-raid fire linked to ex-Mongol Sam Abdulrahim, man seen ‘with arm ablaze’

A man fled the scene with his arm on fire after a ram-raid into a Brunswick East building linked to former Mongols bikie and professional boxer Suleiman “Sam” Abdulrahim.
