Bay Area real estate developer poaches new CEO from Deutsche Bank

The former head of Deutsche Bank’s real estate division RREEF is taking over the top job at Swig Co., one of San Francisco’s most well-known real estate investors and developers. Swig named Jim Carbone to succeed retiring Ken Perry, who served as CEO since 2014 and will stay on the company’s board of directors. Carbone, a graduate of the University of California, Davis, held multiple jobs at RREEF Property Trust after joining in 1995. He became CEO in 2012. RREEF, a real estate adviser…
