Justify broke through the fog shrouding Pimlico Race Course Saturday to win the 143rd Preakness Stakes, as questions continue to linger about whether this year could be one of the last at the Baltimore track. The Preakness, the second jewel in horse racing's Triple Crown, drew a crowd of 134,487 people, down 4.2 percent compared with 2017's record-breaking attendance.
