Dallas-Fort Worth apartment construction ranks 2nd-highest nationally

More than 17,000 new apartment units are projected to come online by the end of this year in Dallas-Fort Worth, making the area the second-hottest multifamily market in the nation behind New York City. Texas is leading all states with more than 37,000 units slated for delivery in 2018 in DFW, Houston, Austin and San Antonio combined, according to a new report by nationwide apartment search website RENTCafe.com.
