A former top executive with Nissan North America has resigned in the wake of the company's investigation into alleged misconduct by ousted chairman Carlos Ghosn. José Muñoz, who led the company's Franklin-based headquarters from 2014 to 2017, resigned from the Japanese automaker Friday, according to multiple media outlets.
