Peninsula Mines appoints new managing director with Korean experience

Peninsula Mines Ltd (ASX:PSM) has made two board appointments in Richard Henning as managing director and Young Yu as non-executive director. Henning will replace Jon Dugdale and Yu will replacement Martin Pyle, both Dugdale and Pyle will retire effective immediately. Henning and Yu both bring previous business experience in Korea to the company’s board. Board bolstered by enhanced Korean experience Henning was previously a business manager at Extract Resources and managing director at Stonehenge Metals Ltd (ASX:SHE). Yu is the current chairman of the Australia Korea Business Council of Western Australia and the National Leader of the Korean Services Group at Deloitte Australia. Between 2004 and 2012, Yu represented both state and federal Australian governments in Korea as Commissioner of the WA Government and Trade Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Australia. The MOU involves initial testing of graphite concentrate samples from Peninsula’s flagship Gapyeong Graphite Project, and possibly the Eunha Graphite Project, both in South Korea.
