Twelve Republican U.S. senators joined Democrats Thursday in passing a resolution to overturn President Donald Trump's national emergency declaration aimed at freeing up federal funds to build a border wall. But Georgia's two GOP senators were not among them. Johnny Isakson and David Perdue joined most of their fellow Republicans in opposing the resolution. "President Trump is right.
