Becerra claims early victory in Sutter Health pricing suit

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra’s office claimed an early legal victory in its year-old suit against Sacramento-based Sutter Health.  The suit, claiming the Sacramento-based health system dominates the Northern California health care market, is being heard in San Francisco County Superior Court.
