Georgia governor postpones 'Georgia Film Day' in Los Angeles

House Bill 481, better known as “the heartbeat bill,” could be one of the reasons Governor Kemp postponed his planned trip to Los Angeles next week. Kemp was set to head west next week for the annual “Georgia Night” event in LA. But the ground is still a little shaky since he signed a bill that would outlaw abortion as early as six weeks.
