Google formally acquires downtown property bought for it by other entities

Google has eliminated the middleman in its downtown real estate acquisitions through a transaction that places 56 properties under its ownership. In transactions recorded Thursday, Google LLC acquired $191.5 million worth of properties near Diridon Station from Trammell Crow and its affiliate, TC Agoge Associates, which had originally acquired the properties on Google’s behalf, the Mercury News reported.
