Dayton health center receives $500K grant

Five Rivers Health Centers, which has eight locations in Montgomery and Greene counties, has been awarded a $500,000 grant from Paramount Advantage, a state-wide Medicaid managed care plan. The money will assist health services at Dayton-area schools. The award provides funding for community health center projects that address social determinants of health.
