Sports tech company to relocate HQ to UMass Amherst’s Mount Ida campus

Sports tech company CoachUp is relocating its headquarters to the Mount Ida campus of the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Newton. CoachUp, a service that connects athletes with coaches, was co-founded in 2012 by tech entrepreneur Jordan Fliegel. Fliegel was also co-CEO of Draft, a money fantasy sports company that was acquired by Ireland-based Paddy Power Betfair for $48 million in 2017.
